GAME DAY POLICIES


“The School” will be referenced throughout the information and policies section – “The School” refers to St. Michael’s Catholic Preparatory School.


  • Please respect all security, both teams and fan bases, officials, and school administrators before, during, and after the game.
  • Fans must remain in the designated seating areas before, during, and after the game – only players, coaching staff, and medical staff are allowed on the field/court before, during, and after the game.

  • No outside beverages are allowed within the School’s site. For safety reasons, glass bottles are prohibited. Revenue from the School-sanctioned on-site concessions sales assists our athletic programs in providing continuing opportunities to our athletes throughout the year.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside any structure or in any seating or entertainment area on the School grounds. This includes vaping and e-cigarette usage.

  • Large signs and placards which may injure or block the public’s view at the game are prohibited. The School is not responsible for any injury resulting from this prohibition. Boomsticks and hand-held cowbells are allowed in outdoor facilities only – all other noisemakers are prohibited. Noisemakers are NOT prohibited indoors.
  • The School reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the policies established for public safety or to restrict activities within the School grounds.

  • All bags are subject to search.

  • Be kind to your pets – leave them at home when you visit the School for a game. For the safety of the pets due to the heat and the number of people, pets are highly discouraged. Service animals are allowed on the School grounds.

  • No firearms, weapons, or fireworks are allowed on the School grounds.

  • Towing is enforced in all tow-away zones.

  • By entering the School grounds, guests grant the School the right to use your image or likeness, or your child’s image or likeness, in any promotional or advertising materials, or on any live or recorded transmission of the game.


ACCESSIBILITY – The School grounds and seating are wheelchair accessible. Designated parking for those with physical disabilities are located in the St. Michael’s parking lot and is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Accommodating restrooms are located in the football concession stands, Carter Athletic Center, and St. Michael's Athletic Center.


LOST & FOUND – Please contact the game day administrator for help with the lost and found location for each campus/athletic facility.


LOST CHILDREN/PARENTS – Go to an administrator to report missing children or lost members of your party. The administrator will contact security to assist in locating lost individuals.


RESTROOMS – Restrooms are located in the concession stands in the football stadiums during outdoor games on both the upper school and lower school campuses. Restrooms are located in the Carter Athletic Center and Lower School Gym during indoor games.
