Daniel Rohleder attended St. Michael’s from 2000-2004. During his high school tenure, Daniel emerged as a dominant force, amassing an impressive array of ackolades including six TAPPS State Championships and being named All-American six times. Daniel blew away the competition in process of becoming the TAPPS record holder for the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke. He was equally as predigious in the classroom, earning Academic All-American in 2003.
At the University of Texas, Daniel continued his reign of success, earning three All-American honors, securing four Big 12 Conference Champion titles, was an 11-time All-Big 12 Conference recipient, and a three-time All-American Honorable Mention.
He was also honored on the First-Team Academic All-Big 12.
His contributions to the sport extended beyond collegiate competition, as he represented the United States on the world stage as a member of the 2005 U.S. World University Games Team and was further highlighted on the national level, where he clinched three national titles at the 2004 ConocoPhillips National Championships and emerged victorious four times as a USA Swimming Sectional Champion. His leadership and skill were recognized as he served as tri-captain of the 2004 Junior National Team, solidifying his status as a beacon of excellence in the world of swimming. Daniel Rohleder’s remarkable achievements serve as a testament to his dedication, talent, and unwavering commitment to excellence both in and out of the pool, inspiring generations of swimmers to reach for the highest levels of success.
