The boys and girls upper school golf teams traveled to Manor on Monday, February 10, to compete in the Regents Invitational at Shadowglen Golf Club. Our players provided a glimpse of what some of our District and Regional competitions will be as the team competes in 6A District 3 for TAPPS.

The boys team took home 1st place, winning with two shots over Regents with some consistent play from our top finishers. Jackson Mills ('28) shot 75 to finish runner-up and Sonny Sciantarelli ('27) shot 76 to finish tied for 3rd. Finishing in the top-10 with a 78 was Harrison Knight ('25). Rounding out the team were Reid Bautch ('27) with a 91, Matthew Kadenacy ('25) with a 102, Colin McCrea ('27) with a 95, and Sam Cuba ('26) with a 98.

On the girls team, Viki Hernandez ('27) and Marin Kovalik ('28) braved the cold weather to represent St. Michael's Prep against some tough competition. Congratulations to Marin for competing in her first event as a Warrior, helping establish this young team for a bright future. Viki finished in 14th place individually, only a couple of strokes away from yet another top-ten finish.
