On June 20–21, St. Michael's Prep's upper school varsity football team participated in the TAPPS 7-on-7 State Tournament, held in Waco. During Pool Play, the team emerged as the winner of Pool E with impressive victories over Episcopal and Fort Bend Christian. Their strong performance earned them a spot in the competitive Platinum Bracket on Saturday. By the end of the weekend, the team secured a 6th-place finish out of 32 private school teams from across Texas.
