The Warrior varsity volleyball team concluded an outstanding regular season with 31 wins, earning the title of District Runner-Up and finishing the season with an overall record of 34-12-1. The team will now advance to the TAPPS State Playoffs and will host the first-round playoff game on Tuesday, November 4, at 3:30 pm in the Carter Gymnasium against St. Agnes. Congratulations to the team on an incredible regular season and these well-deserved accomplishments!

In addition, four seniors have been recognized with the AVCA Best and Brightest Award. The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) established the Best and Brightest Awards to honor high school senior student-athletes who demonstrate excellence both on the court and in the classroom. To be eligible, student-athletes must maintain at least a 3.5 unweighted GPA (or equivalent) during their junior year and participate in at least 50% of their varsity team’s sets during their senior season. Congratulations to our First Team Honorees, Katherine Davis ('26), Savannah Jerman ('26), Logan Katz ('26), and Claire Montgomery ('26). Claire was also the Austin American-Statesman's Athlete of the Week in late October! Congratulations to these student-athletes for their remarkable achievements and leadership both academically and athletically!
