The upper school JV and varsity track and field teams kicked off their season at the WAMM Relays, turning in an impressive first meet highlighted by multiple personal records and strong Top-15 finishes across events.
In the boys 800m, varsity runners Nick Hodapp ('27) placed 13th (2:12.04) and Jayden Andresakis ('29) finished 15th (2:12.79), while JV runner Graham Wright ('29) earned 10th (2:21.22). Andresakis also secured a 9th-place finish in the varsity 1600m with a time of 4:55.61. In field events, Craig Robertson ('27) placed 13th in JV shot put (32-0.50). The varsity pole vaulters delivered standout performances, with Beckett Earley ('27) earning 2nd place (10-0) and Jacob Garcia ('26) taking 3rd (8-6). The varsity boys team finished 14th overall.
On the girls side, Evalina Estrada ('29) placed 4th in the JV 200m (29.29). In the 800m, Lucy Lamy ('26) led the varsity with a 6th-place finish (2:34.23), followed by Adalynn Kifer ('28) in 12th (2:45.63), while Evelyn Dolan ('29) placed 7th for JV (2:54.01). The girls 1600m showcased impressive depth, with Lamy finishing 3rd (5:24.40), Kifer 10th (6:01.80), and Anna Gilbey ('26) 11th (6:01.87) for varsity. On the JV side, Dolan placed 4th (6:21.97) and Anabella Guerra ('29) 6th (6:26.02). Guerra also earned a 2nd-place finish in the JV 3200m (13:54.85). The varsity girls team finished 14th overall, while the JV girls earned an 11th-place team finish.
