On Thursday, November 21, the Warrior swim team competed in their second meet of the season at Texas School for the Deaf and did a great job in their events! The boys team finished 2nd overall and the girls team finished 6th overall.

First-place finishes included 1st place in the Boys 200 Freestyle Relay, Danica Haydt (’26) 1st in the Girls 100 Freestyle and Girls 100 Breaststroke, and Andrew Yahin (’25) 1st in the Boys 100 Backstroke and Boys 100 Breaststroke.

The Warriors finished 2nd in the Boys 200 Medley Relay. In the Girls 50 Freestyle, Haydt finished in 3rd, Juliana Tryba ('27) finished in 7th, and Anna Smith ('27) finished in 15th. Yahin grabbed a 2nd place finish in the Boys 50 Freestyle followed by Zander Tracy ('25) in 3rd, Aidan Moore ('26) in 5th, Walter Smith ('25) in 7th, and Liam Moore ('28) in 9th.

In the Girls 100 Freestyle, Tryba finished in 6th followed by A. Smith in 11th. In the Boys 100 Freestyle, Tracy finished in 2nd, W. Smith in 6th, A. Moore in 7th followed by L. Moore in 8th. Tracy finished 4th in the Boys 100 Backstroke followed by W. Smith in 7th and A. Moore in 8th. Tryba finished 4th in the Girls 100 Breaststroke followed by A. Smith in 8th. L. Moore was 3rd in the Boys 100 Breaststroke. Congratulations, team!
